Q 2 : What’s your MOQ?

One pcs are accepted,We do our best to meet your purchase quantity. More quantity more discount

Q 3: What about sample cost?
Free sample can be provided if we have stock. Lead time is about 1-3days.
b. Sample charged if we have no stock, don’t worry, we can refund this cost if u place order to us. Lead time is
about 7-15days.

Q 4: What’s the production time for bulk order?
a. If we have stock, is about 5-7days
b. Normally, production time is about 15-25days. If you are urgent, we can push for you the best lead time.

Q 5: What’s the shipping term?
a. Sample or small trial order, we recommend Express, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS etc.
b. For bulk order, we recommend shipment by sea, by air or by train.

Q 6: What’s the payment for sample & bulk order?
a. For sample, we suggest you use WESTERN UNION.
b. For bulk order, we accept T/T, L/C at sight

Q 7: How do u guarantee your products’ quality?
We have strong QC team. Below is our inspection process. Grey cloth inspection → Finished fabric inspection → Cutting piece inspection → Middle-term inspection → Final inspection

Q 8: After sale service?
No quality problems found more than a month, we will not take responsibility for it. So, when you get our products, pls check the quality within a month.
